This is a Windows based solution that is installed into your company’s system to help prepare
your “EDI Invoice Message” using data received from your accounting applications.

Software Functions
"Sim - Invex"

1) While preparing files according to the information received from the accounting application, the software controls the details of the files that contain information regarding your dispatch advices:
a) File arrangement done according to the wants of the user,
b) The availability of all mandatory information,
c) The equality of the multiplication of the unit price and quantity with the line total,
d) The equality of the sum of the tax base with the line total,
e) The equality of the multiplication of the tax base and ratio,
f) The equality of the sum of the tax rate and base with the invoice amount.

2) Upon customer request, prepares invoice messages according to EDI norms such as Odette, Edifact and VDA.

Some of the reports created by the software
1) Error Reports:
Error messages are shown as warnings and are each individually displayed in detail.
2) User Tasks Reports
Users with different authorities are provided with a password from the “administrator.” Users may enter the system with the provided passwords.
The tasks, date of tasks, and the details of the tasks for each user of "Sim - Invex” are recorded.
3) Listing of all prepared and sent invoices
all invoices that are prepared and sent through the system may be listed with invoice date, invoice no. and dispatch advice no.
